Elon Musk fires Twitter deputy general counsel Jim Baker amid Hunter Biden laptop fallout
FOX Business ^ | December 6, 2022 | By Paul Best

Elon Musk said that Twitter's former Deputy General Counsel Jim Baker was "exited" from the company on Tuesday after revelations about his role in the platform's handling of the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Baker was involved in discussions about whether the laptop falls under Twitter's "hacked materials" policy.

"I support the conclusion that we need more facts to assess whether the materials were hacked," Baker wrote in one email chain. "At this stage, however, it's reasonable for us to assume that they may have been and that caution is warranted."

Baker was responding to a Twitter executive who was wondering whether they could "truthfully claim" that the laptop story was "part of the policy."

Before joining Twitter, Baker worked as general counsel at the FBI, where he was involved in the bureau's investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Taibbi said Tuesday that he and another journalist, Bari Weiss, were dealing "with obstacles to new searches" when Weiss discovered that Baker was responsible for releasing the files over the weekend.

"The news that Baker was reviewing the 'Twitter files' surprised everyone involved, to say the least," Taibbi tweeted.

They’re totally busted. But, nothing will come from it.
I hate to be so negative but the powers that bears still there.

is that damn Varney on Fox Business still insisting we shouldn't look back at the 2020 election to find out the depth and breathe of election fraud?

We're two years past 2020 now. Another election has already happened, with similar questions.

Whoever was supposed to look into 2020, clearly failed.

It's now time to look at 2022, which is fresher evidence, if anyone is going to look, this time.

Obama / Biden Govt in Exile——Ran Covert Operations:

<><>recall that Biden family corruption was the worst kept secret in Washington,
<><>this threatened to derail Biden’s third try
<><>aggressive steps halted media coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell
<><>whose shady extensive overseas business arrangements profited the family.

<><>Biden deputy campaign mnger Kate Bedingfield, currently WH comm/director sprung to life,
<><>in 22019 she blasted the NYT’s quasi-critical piece WRT Hunter’s multimillion dollar paycheck from Burisma
<><> and his vp father’s try to stop the Ukrainian govt’s inquiry into corruption, calling it a “baseless conspiracy theory.”
<><>In a scorching memo to the media in Jan 2020, Bedingfield and Antony Blinken instructed reporters about how to cover Trump’s (correct) allegations regarding VP Biden’s successful demand in 2015 to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma.
<><>“[To] artificially prop-up these egregious lies based on the ‘principle’ that if partisans make accusations, they have to be treated as legitimate regardless of the facts, is to make you an enabler of misinformation,”
<><>Bedingfield and Blinken warned, Reporters who did not follow their demands were guilty of “malpractice.”

Baker was there long enough, with access to Twitter records. You can bet he’s destroyed critical info.

He’s an FBI lawyer. He’s not bright enough to properly destroy records. If he tried, there would very likely be logs somewhere showing his tampering, which could ultimately make life worse for him (not that I’d cry about it).

For years, I've been claiming the Democrat Party Cabal, aka the DPC (including Big Social Media which includes Twitter), stole the 2020 Election. Democrats/RINOs that I spoke to have responded, No way did that ever happen.

So it's nice that, two years too late, the new Twitter CEO Elon Musk and the new Twitter are providing the hard facts and evidence partially proving my point that the DPC (including Big Social Media) stole the 2020 Election. And as more evidence continues coming out about the DPC's sordid activities during the next 10 years, I think the hard facts and evidence will, eventually, completely prove my point that the DPC (including Big Social Media) stole the 2020 Election.

In the specific case of Twitter, why was the Sleepy Joe Presidential campaign ordering Twitter what to do throughout the 2020 "Election" year? And after the DPC (including Big Social Media) stole the 2020 Election, why was the Sleepy Joe pResidential Administration ordering Twitter what to do?

The DPC ordering the MSM what to say, write, publish, censor, and cover up. Sounds exactly like Communist China.

1. Understand history and it will not be repeated.

2. Varney whined about not looking back for two years prior to 2022.

3. It's too late now. Voter fraud is now ingrained into the system. Thank you Varney et al.

I sure hope his security team is dedicated and there isn’t a mole among them.

Makes me wonder, would he taunt them, knowing what they’re
capable of ?

Who else taunts and mocks them ?

Something’s up.

Varney whined about not looking back for two years prior to 2022.

I don't doubt that. Unfortunately, those who should have been looking into correcting what happened in 2020 ignored it for so long that Varney is now actually correct about it being too late. There's already been another election, that had similar results, again because nothing about 2020 was ever done.

It's now time to worry about if anything will be different in 2024. Those who should have been looking into 2020 probably aren't going to do anything about it, or shouldn't be relied on, as they didn't do anything about 2020.

So who is going to do anything about 2022? You tell me, if you have any ideas.
