The ultimate goal is to ban horse racing.
They did the same thing here in Florida with dog racing, until it got banned totally.
Now they are targeting horse racing, which I knew they would................

How about no federal laws on horse racing? I don’t recall the US Constitution giving this power to Congress. Just perhaps if Congress focused just on the powers the Constitution grants Congress we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in.

Federal Oversight always means more ways for Politicians to get paid by people and industries being overseen.
