How about no federal laws on horse racing? I don’t recall the US Constitution giving this power to Congress. Just perhaps if Congress focused just on the powers the Constitution grants Congress we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in.
Exactly. Even if this is a good idea, let the states handle it. We need to get away from making everything a federal responsibility.
