I think many people have misunderstood what Trump was trying to get at: “You might as well not have a Constitution at all, if the way things have gone is any indication.”
The real problem is exactly who decides that the fraud justifies tossing out Biden and installing Trump, or having a new election immediately? Because we all know that everyone isn't going to agree with that, especially the roughly half of the country that voted for Biden. So what happens when one side says "yes, Biden must immediately be thrown out and replaced", and the other side says "no, we disagree"?
The courts have already come down on the side of "no". So...what happens next? And what percentage of Americans truly want that to happen? That's the image Trump's comments raise in the eyes of lots of people, and it isn't one likely to win him many votes.
The only correct action to hold those accountable for crimes against the 1st Amendment is restitution. Go after the money. May that penalty render the DemonKKKrats penniless.
The corruption and lawlessness we have witnessed by the political class in the past two elections is just the “caboose” of a long train of abuses and treachery the American people have endured for at least several decades,.
The only man who stood up to those who want to destroy America...in my lifetime is: President Donald Trump.

The money quote for me. Thousands are dead in Ukraine in a war that would not have happened if the election were not stolen. There would not be any runaway inflation if the election were honest. There would be no war on energy and less well to do people would not be suffering. But MSM, Deep State, Big Tech, and the Democrat Party stole the election and hundreds of millions of people are suffering.
Take away enough House seats in the guilty states, and maybe some of this will stop.

We now see that it would have been handy to put something in the Constitution that says “if it is found that any member of congress, president or vice president was elected through illegal methods, a new election shall be held within three months to determine the remainder of the term,” or “… the runner-up in that stolen election shall be installed for the remainder of the term.” But they didn’t think of that. The fundamental problem is that if people are willing to break rules, and people who should protect against rules being broken turn their backs, or worse, engage in rule breaking themselves, then yet more rules will not fix the problem. Civilization falls.
The problem, however, is that there is no clear written mechanism to do so.

When senator cruz was asked what are you going to do come January he said we are going to bring those responsible to congress for hearings and when the plead the 5th? well we will have to wait until 2024 when we have full control. Here we go again

Good article. The only problem is that the Hunter Biden info wasn’t what cost the election. Even if it were blasted all over the media, the damage was already done with early voting and manufactured votes.
The game is rigged. Until those that are rigging the system are exposed by the same media that withheld the Hunter Biden story, we will be stuck with the uniparty.

Isn’t interesting that [they] suppressed the damaging “laptop from hell” so the that the voters were uninformed yet STILL had to cheat to get Biden across the finish line.
But, if they hadn’t suppressed, no amount of cheating would have saved the Biden campaign.
