So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great "Founders" did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!
Near as I can tell, the Constitution makes no provision for handling a clearly fraudulent election. I have absolutely no idea what the LEGAL recourse might be.

if DNC/Biden was involved it makes an interesting legal question, no one should gain by fraud, is censorship fraud? fraud upon the voters, similar to lying by omission?

I believe 100% in the ability of SCROTUS to let us and the country down.
At some point, there may be million + Lone Wolves acting out. Once it starts rolling, it will expand and not stop.
The Constitution is very clear on this: The states set the rules for elections. If you have a beef with a state’s election, you take it up with the state. You don’t go to the DOJ and demand they do something that they cannot do.
Trump did not understand this. Barr explained it to him over and over. When he refused to do something unconstitutional, he fired Barr.
Trump was not prepared for this. He relied on stupid attorneys. He relied on sycophants and he refused to listen to his counsel.
So, all of you guys were all worked up that folks followed the rules and did not stop a process that should have been challenged two months earlier. The entire thing was lost in December; and folks around Trump did not tell him, or he refused to understand.
He is spending way too much time rehashing this stuff. He should be spending his money on ensuring the states’ process are clean. But it’s easier (and less expensive) to bitch about it.
And that is perhaps a more accurate forecast than what I heard this afternoon.
The Founding Fathers would basically want to see The Battle of Athens wherever the fraud occurred, if the exposed cheaters would not step down (and they wouldn’t step down).
The corrupt, illegal voting procedures WERE challenged before the election ... the courts in which the challenges were raised ignored or rejected the challenges.
