Regarding Court overturning Roe, please consider this.

Did misguided (imo) Court possibly work in cahoots with desperate, elite, pro-murder of unborn children Democrats and RINOs to manufacture an abortion crisis?

If such is the case, then legislative and judicial branches arguably manufactured the crisis so that federal Democrats and RINOs could “rescue” voters from crisis regardless that feds have no express constitutional power to regulate, tax and spend for abortion purposes.

Republican-led state legislatures have gone way too far on abortion bans.

Many of the laws that went into effect were written many decades ago and haven't been taken up again. Some laws are a century old and just went back into effect automatically. Some are a total ban under any circumstance and frankly, you're going to convince a girl that if her father rapes her on her 18th birthday, that she's required to give birth to her half brother. Abortion has been normalized at this point, plus the left has succeeded in making it considered to be a right.

I suspect most of these red states will end up with heartbeat or first trimester laws.
