Ukrainian forces struck a power plant in multiple attacks on Russia’s Kursk region on Tuesday, causing some electricity outages, a local governor said.

“In total, there were about 11 launches. A power plant was hit,” Roman Starovoyt, the governor of the Kursk region, said on the Telegram messaging app.

“Because of this, there are partial power outages in the Sudzha and Korenevo districts.” The districts are part of Russia’s Kursk region and sit over Ukraine’s northeast border.

There was no immediate information on possible injured or casualties, he added.

It is approximate, you can include or not. Human life is pretty much worthless in Poland, especially when it comes to little men. The farmers are are speed bump and already forgotten.

Yeah, if you’ve already made a total traitorous fools out of
yourself on the current topic, why not go back 20 years to
make yourself look even more dumb?

You’d have no standards if not for double standards. The point stands.

What is the best way to prove that you are right? Insult the opponent! Or so you think.
Do you want me to tell you a secret? Slopeople in the world are alike in what they want and don’t want. That includes Americans, Germans, Russians, French, and Nigerians.

Did you storm DC and burned Constitution over Iraq war?:)
If you wouldn’t have double standards then you won’t have any
standards at all.

You argue like a six year old.

Your insults came first, and were so childish I didn't even
bother to discuss them with you.

Then you turned around and try to make points off a post with
insults directed at you. LMAO

You probably haven't heard of him, but Thomas Jefferson
sent the US Navy to the waters off Northern Africa in the
early 1800s. I believe troops went ashore and did some
damage also. So much for your interpretation of the U. S.
Constitution.

I'm embarrassed for you.

As for who wants or doesn't the U. S., oh they'll love us
just fine the next time they need their continent saved.

My point was in response to your comment that invading other nations is wrong.
Then you bring Jefferson who invaded Tripoli....:)

I guess you didn’t know that Tripoli was in Northern Africa.

Thanks.

If that nation has started wars with two different neighbors
and has attacked two others, and is posturing despite
sanctions on how he can use his troops and aircraft, then sure,
it might be warranted to remove him, if the international
community agrees, and the U. S. Congress does as well.

And if our nation has just been viciously attacked, it’s
not going to be all that hard to get permission.

Hussein started a war with Iran and Kuwait. With Iran there
were anywhere from 250 thousand to one million casualties.
Claims and revisions have made it nearly impossible to tell
for sure.

Hussein was forbidden to move his troops up to the borders
of other nations, and he was given specific instruction on
where his helicopters could go. He could still operate in
his own nation to quell unrest, so we didn’t hamper him in
that regard.

He moved troops up to his border with neighbors and flew
his aircraft outside the prescribed zone.

Since our being in Iraq, there hasn’t been any trouble at
all with the current leadership.

The other nations in the region are no longer in danger
from Iraq.

We take those actions so the Saudis and other nations
don’t develop their own large army, which would lead to
destabilization of the region. We also do that so we
and Israel won’t have to fight them at some point.

I know what Tripoli is, and you can draw the direct parallel with the Russia Ukraine thing.
What was originally the conflict about? Do some research about pipeline coming between Russia and Germany through Ukraine.
What Hunter Biden was doing there? Why were Nord Stream pipelines built?
Tell me the difference between Ukrainian politicos and Barbary pirates.
Thanks in advance for your incoming thoughtful reply!

When I get something thoughtful to ponder, you may get a
thoughtful reply.

Had the Ukraine made any troop movements, statements, attacks,
leveled at the Russian side of the border, OR any other
nation on planet earth?

The Ukraine is much like the Barbary Pirates? Good grief.

You do some research on nations that invade others. When
you have owned up to the fact that nations who are not
blustering about attacking other nations, DO NOT warrant
100,000 deaths of their citizens and massive destruction
far removed from the war front.

The ignorance is astounding.

You are flailing, don’t you?
If being Barbary pirates doesn’t justify being invaded then why did you bring Jefferson and North Africa?
As a side note, did Yugoslavia attack the US to justify intervention?

It does justify being invaded.

They were. Where did I argue with that?

Have you thought of stand-up comedy. You wouldn’t
intentionally get laughs, but you’d get plenty of them.

What did you do to stop it under Clinton? Where wasn’t a thing Ukraine didn’t of that Milocevic did. There wasn’t a thing Russia did that the US didn’t.

busy. I didn’t join in that discussion much.

LMAO

Marmema What humanitarian aid have we given to Ukraine?

Humanitarian aid is given to Ukraine by its neighbors

The USA is also giving humanitarian aid

In fact, the USA gives huge amounts of humanitarian aid to Ukraine

I take it, you, Marmema, would us to give more humanitarian aid to Ukraine?
