The title says allegedly but there's no allegedly here as the guy admitted to it. Apparently he had no checked baggage but went to the claim area anyway. He's on video tearing off her ticket. He admitted to leaving the owner's clothes in the drawers in the hotel room.

He was also caught on video on at least two other trips rolling the luggage through an airport.

The thief knew what he was stealing since the luggage is valued at more than $2,000.
