So what international rules is the west going by so that all things (such as the Kosovo hand vote or the referendums, etc) are either acceptable for anyone to do these and be recognized by all, or none get to do these things and are recognized by none, so as to avoid the appearance of hypocrisy?

/rhetorical question.

One in 9 months, maybe. Where’s the Social Media model that was pregnant and not hurt?

Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Libya and Syria...how many?

One in 9 months, if even true, is clearly not purposefully targeting.

You still never addressed whether or not Ukrainian troops set up in evacuated residential areas and hospitals.

Why would one mother be in a hospital for 3,000 and no one else is there?
Where are all the dead nurses, doctors, and administrators?

The use of Rachel Maddow talking points of “Russian propaganda” is what is strong among some, as well as hypocrisy as in:

A.) Syria, Iraq, Serbia, Libya, Yemen...

B.) Washington Post

Russia has killed civilians in Ukraine. Kyiv’s defense tactics add to the danger.

“Increasingly, Ukrainians are confronting an uncomfortable truth: ... Virtually every neighborhood in most cities has become militarized, some more than others, making them potential targets for Russian forces trying to take out Ukrainian defenses.”

C.) BELGRADE, May 24 – NATO airstrikes on Yugoslavia’s power grid left millions of people without electricity or water service today, bringing the war over Kosovo more directly into the lives of civilians across the country. Three consecutive nights of air attacks caused extensive blackouts in Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Nis, the three largest cities in Serbia, Yugoslavia’s dominant republic. In contrast with previous attacks on the power supply – in which allied warplanes triggered temporary outages by dropping carbon-fiber filaments that shorted out electrical lines – NATO forces this time struck at Serbia’s five major power-transmission stations with high-explosive munitions, causing damage that could take weeks to repair.

D.) Wall Street Journal: Videos Appear to Show Ukrainian Troops Shooting Surrendering Russians

11/21/22

https://youtu.be/nvKUR6Lz3a0

“Footage circulated on social media appears to depict the moments before nearly a dozen Russian soldiers were shot after surrendering, raising accusations of war crimes by both Ukrainian and Russian officials.”

“do some research”

Donbas consists of two quasi-states in Eastern Ukraine, which Vladimir Putin created in 2014. He gave the so-called people’s republics independence and used failed false flag attacks on its territories as casus belli for the invasion of Ukraine.

For eight years, Kremlin has provided Donbas leadership with billions USD in aid so that they would build a professional army to repel Ukrainian Army attacks. The leadership consisted of thugs, soldiers of fortune, and scam artists (the governor of Luhansk Oblast organized a financial Ponzi scheme that defrauded Ukrainians of millions of dollars) quickly learned about total corruption in the Russian Federation and that nobody would supervise or audit how they spend the funds. They have pilfered Russian people’s taxes, lived in the lap of luxury, and haven’t invested any money into weapons, equipment, or training.

What they didn’t expect, mastermind and commander-in-chief Vladimir Putin believed he’d be done in four days to celebrate Ukraine’s capitulation on February 27th, The Day of Special Operations - was an all out war. With his invasion came the reckoning: there were no weapons, equipment, supplies, nor trained soldiers to fight it. In the best kleptocratic tradition, Donbas leadership made the regular people pay with their lives.

On February 18th and 19th, in the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, or as they’re called in Ukraine ORDLO, began a forced conscription. Forcefully conscripted men are nicknamed ‘mobiki’ (from ‘mobilised’). Men were grabbed on the streets, taken from home, at the factories, especially at the mines. Mines provide main employments at the towns near which they’re located, the easiest places to catch men and send them to fight in the war. Any man age from eighteen to fifty five is fair game.

This is still an ongoing process although forced mobilisation slowed down somewhat, because of the protests of the wives of the men sent to the battlefront when they all realized what was going on. Wives told human rights groups stories about one flak jacket and one helmet per eight soldiers in a battalion; soldiers armed with vintage Mosin’s rifles first used in Russo-Otoman War of 1877–78, artillery guns circa World War Two.

Morevoer, mobiki must pay for supplies, food and clothes out of their pocket. These things are sold to their wives, who use the funds paid to them by Moscow, which is three times less than paid to Russian volunteers.

Mobiki are used as cannon fodder with flimsy survival chances fighting against a modern, well equipped, professional army. They are thrown ahead of the advancing Russian army, and in case of retreat are left stranded behind. Ukrainian Army capture soldiers who wear camouflage t-shirts, no flak jacket, no helmet, with a vintage rifle they haven’t been trained how to operate.

The wives of the forcefully conscripted ORDLO soldiers that included a jazz band that perished in its entirety, protested and demanded to bring their husbands home. They also wrote letters to Russian Defence Ministry who wrote back that in accordance with Putin’s proclamation of independence of Luhansk People’s Republic, Russian authorities cannot interfere in the internal affairs of a sovereign nation.

INSTEAD, Russian intelligence agencies began to track down leaders of the protests, and a TV report was broadcast on Russian federal channels condemning them for “rocking the boat” and claiming that they work for Ukraine. According to the TV report, one of the wives fell in love with a Ukrainian intelligence agent in Odessa, and conducted espionage activities for the benefit of Ukraine mobilising in her treason all those women in Luhansk People’s Republic.

Altogether, about 140,000 soldiers and officers have taken active part in the special military operation on the side of the Russian Army in Ukraine. By April, 48,000 of them were from Donbas had been killed, wounded or still fighting. In July, this number has doubled. Therefore, around 100,000 soldiers from Donbas have fought in SMO so far. In addition, Donbas mobiki are transferred to Kharkiv front, although technically they’re supposed to defend their homeland. Officers from Donbas who record complaints from this particularly devastating in KIAs and WIAs battlefront get arrested and disappear.

The forced conscription preceded by forced evacuation of residents of Donbas to the territory of Russia. This transfer of made up and completely unnecessary refugees was filmed and then broadcast by all federal channels to justify upcoming invasion. Then those people were abandoned never receiving promised apartments nor jobs, not even arranged temporary accommodations.

Russians treat them with cold shoulder, which also explains why Russians sincerely expect that Europeans are at the end of the rope and will soon throw out all the Ukrainian refugees that moved to Europe. Those who can pay sufficient bribes avoid conscription and forced mobilisation stay in Donbas. However, life during war time cannot be compared with peaceful era before SEPARATISTS SUPPORTED BY KREMLIN STARTED ARMED CONFLICT.

In Donbas, there’s no running water as water canals have been destroyed. During the battle for Papasnaya, a Russia missile struck a water reservoir destroying it, thus cutting water supply to Luhansk. Water to Donetsk comes from Slavyansk that Russian Army is revving up to raze it to the ground as they’ve done to Mariyupol and Severedonetsk.

On the outskirts of Donetsk, there’re no electricity, no gas supply, no Internet. Donetsk is shelled on almost daily basis, and no local nor Russian army defends it from artillery strikes. I wouldn’t call what’s been happening in Donbas genocide per se. Putin has purposefully destroyed this region and wrecked hundreds of thousands of its residents’ lives for a reason.

In 2010, Yuzivska gas field containing over 1 trillion cubic meters of unconventional natural gas was discovered in Donbas, with the production slated to begin in 2017. Putin who has used GASPROM as his personal piggy bank to support his billionaire lifestyle, that of his extended family, and friends, couldn’t allow Ukraine undercut it. As in chess, pawns had to be sacrificed to keep the king alive and prosperous.

Donbas residents berate Russia treating them so badly. What they don’t understand is that PUTIN SIMPLY USED THEM AS PAWNS in his geopolitical games and will sacrifice them all without batting an eye if he has anything to gain from it.

Enough: ‘Due diligence’ of verification & investigation to confirm all relevant facts is important prior to making random inaccurate statements.
Do your own research to answer your questions. Everyone is fully aware of your use of making random comment strategy.

Probably because bombed out buildings are compromised structures and only an idiot would climb up to the upper floors to take photos to dispute some person on the internet.

So you found a soul-mate in Alyssa Milano.

BTW, I remember, as do others, you mentioned your brother served in the Russian military a few years back.

———-
Way past desperate- conscripting 18-60 year olds well into their 8th mobilization- and now woman….way past desperate. The Ukies are depleted.
They are a welfare nation, on Western life support….the question never asked, Are the Ukies better off with Zelensky? No, his “ leadership” has totally destroyed Ukraine’s manufacturing, exports, infrastructure, economy and more-much like Biden’s rule.
The corrupted little beggar needs to be ousted- the sooner the better.
