I honestly think Blacks are their own worst enemy in
situations like this. Whites and Asians who want to excel
really put in the work.

And yeah, I think there are plenty of lazy White people out
there, so I am not trying to say all Whites really put in
the effort

I do not think that Blacks are less capable of doing well.
I do not think their upbringing is being handled properly.
Somewhere along the line, they are being failed. I do
not think it is the education system. Why can others
attend the same classes, read the same materials, and do
quite well in grades and special testing?

I do not buy off on there being some grand conspiracy that
only Whites and Asians can get through successfully.
