Defeated Arizona hopeful Kari Lake sues Maricopa County election officials (barf)

Defeated Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s campaign has sued Maricopa County and its election officials, demanding they respond to the campaign’s public records requests about malfunctions on Election Day before the county certifies its vote canvass on Monday.

Maricopa County, which spans the Phoenix area and comprises about 60 percent of Arizona’s population, has become the epicenter of election challenges this cycle, and the complaint marks the Lake campaign’s first post-Election Day lawsuit.

County election officials acknowledge printer mishaps at some vote centers on Election Day but insist residents still had multiple ways to cast a ballot for counting.

Lake’s campaign had filed two public records requests with the county last week seeking more data about the issues and the number of impacted voters, and the suit asks a state judge to order officials to produce the records before the certification meeting on Monday.

Actually 18 was the prototype. Many House seats were stolen. They used what they learned plus the Covid allowed relaxed vote laws and they stole a Presidential Election.. again.

Yes.

California went nuts with the Democrat ballot harvesting, and Backstabber of the House "Eddie Munster" Ryan even remarked on it - but did nothing, because it was all part of the Uniparty plan against MAGA and President Trump.

Michigan actually went farther than most states, stealing 2018, and laying the groundwork for effortless Steals in 2020 and 2022.

There's no reason to believe that the 2022 Maricopa Ballot Signature Verification was any better than the 2020 election.

Based on the recent 2020 audit showing 20% of mail-in ballot envelope signatures invalid, 20% of 2022 Maricopa ballot envelope signatures are ALSO probably invalid (Maricopa didn't change procedure).

20% of 1,310,400 (estimated 2022 mail-in ballots) is 262,080 estimated invalid mail-in ballot envelopes in 2022.

We need to audit 1,000 2022 mail-in ballot envelopes signatures immediately to see if 20% are invalid. That's something big to take to a judge.

Right in 18 they also stole the Mi SC which meant no recourse in the future.

The left complains that people are disenfranchised over ID requirements, but when people can’t vote in Maricopa County, it’s a legitimate election? The media lies.

At least Florida had the self awareness to fix their voting system after the “hanging Chad” mess. Now it seems states are proud of their incompetence (if not their actual corruption).

Truth be known, those punch card ballots are probably the most accurate and reliable if you don’t count a piece of paper and a Ticonderoga #2 pencil.

I thought they were a good idea but I guess it didn’t work as well as planned.

Unless Arizona rebels, it's going to go the way of Michigan.

RepukeLickings in Michigan backstabbed their own constituents - climbing in bed with the Democrats and not even whimpering a protest against the Steals there.

They had to know what was going on - and the most damning thing is that the Repuke-controlled MI legislature refused to have True The Vote in for a show-and-tell on 2020.

Like Pennsylvania Pukes, they were in on it.

These are the sell-out Republicans, who know that THEIR seats are safe, so they "play the girl" for the dominant Democrats.

I see no reason to disagree. One thing I would have tweaked if I was the cheatmaster was to make sure there were no visible discontinuities in the process, just slow things down as needed. And no egregious margins that just draw suspicions, make it a squeaker but with sufficient margin the victory of the democrat is indisputable. The goal would be the same as a Vegas card-counter or other cheater - rig the game enough to win while minimizing the chances of getting caught, or of jeopardizing the ability to rig future elections.

Odd none of this happened in blue districts.

Maricopa has county-wide voting centers. There are no red or blue districts.

A resident of Maricopa County can vote at any center in the county.

It may be near where they live, where they work, where they shop, or whatever. It depends on which one they cooose to go to.

if a person goes to one voting center signs in and gets a ballot but the machine wont take it what is the procedure?

I don’t know from personal experience.

What the election officials say is the ballot is set aside and transported to a central counting facility where it is read and entered into the system.

Good for her. Recent elections have been totally corrupted. About time someone goes after them.

I bet the courts give Lake the middle finger. Hell, several middle fingers, all the way up to the SCOTUS.

People were told Lake would not be declared the winner in AZ, but far too many just refuse to see what's happening right in their faces. Being "right" means spit in America now. And all of this talk about God dealing with them, swell! All the while millions of people have their lives ruined daily while living on this Earth. The trade-off sucks.
