Defeated Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s campaign has sued Maricopa County and its election officials, demanding they respond to the campaign’s public records requests about malfunctions on Election Day before the county certifies its vote canvass on Monday.
Maricopa County, which spans the Phoenix area and comprises about 60 percent of Arizona’s population, has become the epicenter of election challenges this cycle, and the complaint marks the Lake campaign’s first post-Election Day lawsuit.
County election officials acknowledge printer mishaps at some vote centers on Election Day but insist residents still had multiple ways to cast a ballot for counting.
Lake’s campaign had filed two public records requests with the county last week seeking more data about the issues and the number of impacted voters, and the suit asks a state judge to order officials to produce the records before the certification meeting on Monday.

The same corrupt RINOs that allowed the Rats to steal 2020 did nothing to counter the cheating that happened to Kari. That was by design. RINOs would rather a Rat win than have their exclusive club taken over by MAGA.
Many RINOs were defeated in the 2022 primaries and replaced with MAGA in the state legislatures. So here's hoping these new legislatures will make meaningful reform.
The rats learned in 20 that it’s damn near impossible to get a court to undo an election result. So they have no fear whatsoever.

I think that, perhaps, you are too kind. In Arizona, the McCain Republicans are as guilty as hell. They’ve gotten filthy rich off of McCain’s anti-American policies and don’t want to be caught. They’re hoping that Hobbs can destroy the evidence of 2020.

Actually 18 was the prototype. Many House seats were stolen. They used what they learned plus the Covid allowed relaxed vote laws and they stole a Presidential Election.. again. 16 only happened because they didn’t cheat enough because of the very inaccurate polling.
I warned of this repeatedly prior to the 2022 midterms - crickets! The 'Rats showed absolutely no fear of the election changing anything - including their autocratic policies.
