Kevin McCarthy’s War Against MAGA
Chronicles ^ | November 21, 2022 | Anthony Sabatini

Posted on 11/25/2022 9:14:07 AM PST by Dr. Franklin

McConnell’s sabotage of his own side in the Senate races won’t come as a surprise to most Republicans, but many are unaware that House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy used similar tactics in several House races during the same period. McCarthy’s behavior is even worse than McConnell’s in light of the extremely underwhelming House election results. Although observers expected a “red wave” that would yield a strong Republican majority in the House, Republicans are likely to have just a five-vote advantage in the end.

...[t]he political machine around McCarthy directed millions to be spent against Republican candidates in GOP primaries associated with the America First movement. Yes, you read that correctly. McCarthy surrogates, including Amazon lobbyist Jeff Miller, directed four political action committees to attack key candidates to McCarthy’s right in primary elections around the country.

Here are just a few examples: $1.7 million against Freedom Caucus member Madison Cawthorn in NC-11; $2 million in WA-3 against Joe Kent, and $2 million to prop up Kent’s primary opponent; $1.5 million spent against Carl Paladino in NY-23; $1 million against Christian Collins in TX-8; at least $1 million against Karoline Leavitt in NH-1; various amounts against J. R. Majewski in OH-9 and David Giglio in CA-13; and finally, $1.5 million against me in FL-7, a safe Republican seat, where McCarthy surrogates ran false and negative ads through “American Liberty Action PAC,” one of the four McCarthy attack PACs controlled by his surrogates...

...McCarthy’s main focus was not always on defeating Democrats, but to safeguard himself against challenges to his leadership within the GOP from incoming America First candidates. It is hard to escape the conclusion that, had these resources been spent on helping instead of undermining anti-establishment Republican candidates, the GOP would have won a stronger hold over the House.

It's time to clean out the RINO leadership who have been sabotaging MAGA since Trump's election in 2016. They have to go. The Republican Speaker needs to refuse to seat Dems elected by fraud: AK, Detroit, Delaware County, PA, etc. The Republicans would get a larger majority that way, AND its the right thing to do. McCarthy won't do it.

These problems won’t be resolved until the DC Swamp is drained. These RINOs will probably help the Democrats win in 2024 if Trump is the Republican candidate for Prez. The only way now to drain the swamp is term limits but not possible under present system A Convention of States could do that.

Time to clean out Trump from the party as well. He was the party leader in 3 consecutive election losses.

Trump endorsed McCarthy to be Speaker.

Yet a few even here still don't come to the above conclusion.

They want more Uniparty Republicans. More candidates pushed by Karl Rove and various global donors.

Just as he sat on his hands when Pelosi changed the House Rules in way that allowed her to later determine which R's would sit on the Jan6 Committee.

Yea, I’m sure the same people who promised Any Minute Now to repeat Obamacare if they won the House (2012) ... no, really We’ll Do It if they win the Senate too (2014) ... well, For Sure Really if we get the Presidency too (2016) ... well no, sorry, Job One is Stopping Trump ...

... will turn right around and support us if we only abandon Trump. Maybe a new Romney/Ryan ticket will do the trick this time?

Conservatives like us cannot coexist in the Republican party where leadership hates us more than they hate anti-American Commies in the Rat party. If we cannot excise them from the GOP leadership in short order, we need a new party who will represent truly conservative Americans. They ignoring our views, diluting our votes and relegating us to being 3rd class citizens. Illegal aliens have better representation than we do. It is intolerable.

Getting rid of Trump is the primary goal of the American Left, the anti-MAGA's, their MSM and our international competitors such as China.
(Did you notice the points of contact by China in our recent presidential elections?)

Let's not give them any help.

I agree they (Republican elites) need to go, but that’s not going to be easy. They are quite adept, McCain like, at defeating challenges from the right.

Check out Alaska with its protect-the-moderate, ranked-choice voting system (RCV). Of course RCV ensures the moderates retain power as neither left nor right has a greater than 50% majority, so the 2nd choice votes go to the middle.

In my state, I consistently vote against the Bushbot RINO in the primary, but he wields so much power as the incumbent. We get close every two years, but he survives, then we pretty much have no real choice but to support him in the general against the Commie on the left.

Voting for the Commie wouldn’t work, BTW, even if we would risk it, because we live in a “conservative” state. I used quotes, because our state is more Republican than conservative.

That's a superficial assessment.

Actually, Trump was a private citizen. The party apparatus was controlled by Rona, McCarthy and McConnell, all three who sabotaged the candidates that private citizen endorsed.

They wanted the loses. They wanted to pin the loses on Trump. And they wanted you to believe that Trump was responsible for the loses and not them.

And they wanted you to forget about the election fraud in 2020 and likely election fraud in 2022.

And they wanted you to ignore the millions of more votes for Trump in 2020 and the Republicans in the House in 2022.

And you fall for it.

"3 consecutive election losses"

More like 3 consecutive circular firing squads led by the RINO / Business Roundtable / Chamber of Commerce / wing of the "Republican" Party

McCarthy is Paul Ryan with a prettier face. Anybody in the freedom caucus that votes for him is a cuckold. They should threaten to vote with the Democrats for Nancy Pelosi, unless the Republicans get rid of McCarthy and put somebody up for a speaker who is better than McCarthy.

By the way, the speaker of the house is not required to be a member of the house of representatives. If you really want to make a Leftists, go crazy, make Knute Gingrich the speaker again.

Trump isn’t a winner. At best one and done. If he can’t deliver the Senate (and he can’t) he has no utility.
