Kari Lake appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room this morning to discuss a new complaint that her team filed against Maricopa County as they push forward to certify another rigged and stolen election.
Lake told Bannon that she has “whistleblowers coming forward and at least one smoking gun in it.” She then revealed that her sources inside the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center witnessed Dominion employees were given “unfettered access” and they “walk around like they own the place.”

Today, Kari Lake filed the following application for an order to show cause and special action complaint against County Recorder Stephen Richer, the Maricopa County Supervisors, and Election Directors Scott Jarrett and Rey Valenzuela.

I'd like to believe there would eventually be shown enough cause for a court to order a ballot by ballot inspection Broward county 2000 style. A recount means nothing if there are bags of disqualified ballots, and even a forensic inspection means nothing if those disqualified ballots weren't preserved, or the chain of custody of the ballots can't be verified.
The idea that Arizona, or even just Maricopa county, would revote is wishcasting. I don't know of any precedent for it and there's probably plenty of precedent for bad elections to be accepted as "whelp, nothing we can do about it now." and maybe some of the parties involved get slaps on the wrist and strongly worded memos in their permanent record.
What I think does add value is the effort, even in a losing effort, to uncover the depth of the inconsistencies, document them publicly, and make an effort that is addressed by tightening up voting procedures, maybe in Arizona, maybe in other states where voter integrity hasn't been addressed, and carries forward in subsequent elections.
Yes, this is very similar to the old "moral victory" line that establishment republicans have been feeding to us for decades when they lose but lose with principle, but we have to approach the battle as something more than an election-by-election struggle. If we ever give up on elections being trustworthy, even in a few states, we give up on democracy and we give up on the Republic. Might be that we have to play by the other guy's rules for a while to get there, juicing voting results with legally pursued ballot harvesting and emotionally-influenced vote targeting during extended early voting, but the objective should always be one legal voter, voting one time legally, preferably all on the same day and using the same set of information to evaluate candidates... and if we can help it, voting on durable principles rather than fleeting emotions.

The only way to resolve this is eventually going to be through violence. The problem is by the time the people who still care enough to fight this get pissed enough to deal with it, too many will be too old or too dead to fight. The moronials and generation zzzzzzzz have been groomed from birth to accept and want this. They did not learn independence and problem solving as children and are dependent on others far into “adulhood”, by the time they figure out the error of their ways, it will be far too late.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed and saying prayers that Kari is successful.
I hope we/Kari get our day in court. We’ve all seen how a black robe can make the difference, even though I believe that is unconstitutional. But now days the power is in the courts. If a judeg decides not to hear, you’re automatically “debunked” and kook. But if they decide to hear, they can actually declare Kari the winner and it would stand. Then the left would lose their lunch.

The U.S. has fallen, we are just witnessing the outcome now of the falling.
Once the electoral system collapsed, it was not going to be long before we began to see the ramifications throughout society. Once every side realizes that the system is rigged permanently, which should happen within a few short weeks, then the ramifications will become even more troubling.

You have hit the nail on the head. That is what made the hysterics on FR in the aftermath of 2020 so ridiculous. In our system, once the legislations and the courts have passed judgement, there is NO remedy or relief. In the USA of the 21st century, there is simply no way to reverse election results.
The US Constitution is silent on state and local elections, I get that. But for Federal elections? IT does not say much but what it does say is important. 1) administration of Federal elections is entirely up to the individual state legislature, not governors or the courts state or federal. 2) Federal elections must occur on the First Tuesday after the First Monday of November. Thirdly, whenever the government of one state sues the government of another state, the SCOTUS must resolve the case. In 2020 when Texas sued Pennsylvania, the SCOTUS refused to even hold an evidentiary hearing. IMHO every justice who denied cert should have been frog marched out and charged with treason.
All that said, when the law makers and the law enforcers and the law administrators are all corrupt, there is zero remedy at the state and local level. While I think that incompetence and corruption were endemic in AZ, I cannot imagine Lake can prevail. Truly I hope I am wrong.
