I fundamentally agree with you, but we still need to have done everything we could do to prevent it.

There is no place else on earth to do, so it will likely represent a close of probation for the world.

The U.S. has fallen, we are just witnessing the outcome now of the falling.
Once the electoral system collapsed, it was not going to be long before we began to see the ramifications throughout society. Once every side realizes that the system is rigged permanently, which should happen within a few short weeks, then the ramifications will become even more troubling.
