The investigation continues after a woman reported finding a bag stuffed with completed Santa Clara County ballots in a ravine in the Santa Cruz Mountains....

..."It appears that these ballots are voted ballots that went missing while they were in the possession of the USPS...

In separate video coverage, the person finding the bag-o-ballots said it looked like the ballots were opened with 'scissors' i.e., a clean edge. Four residents who dropped their ballots off at a USPS mailbox in West San Jose believe the signatures on 4 of the ballot envelopes are theirs.

I have some friends who tried to mail out Conservative
mailers. The post office took them, but never delivered.

This happened more than once.

If chain of custody is so weak entire ballots can go missing it means also that entire ballots can be swapped out or modified.
