The mayor just said that the cops didn’t want to tip off the suspect as to the direction the investigation was going.

10-minutes ago I heard a telephone interview on FOX with the mayor of Moscow and he specifically said there was no one in custody and he was irritated that the police had not scheduled a press conference to explain what was going on; this after over 48 hours with zero news.

Three girls and one guy are dead. Lots of people just freeze when faced with mortal danger. Especially people without any martial arts or self defense training.
