Earlier this month, former President Trump said that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) should be impeached if he backs a plan for the debt ceiling to be eliminated over fears that House Republicans could cause the U.S. to default on the nation’s credit.
When asked by conservative radio host John Fredericks about chatter surrounding the possibility of Congress effectively eliminating the debt limit, the former president lambasted the idea.
On Sunday, following the Democrat’s win and maintaining Senate control, Trump went on the attack.
“It’s Mitch McConnell’s fault. Spending money to defeat great Republican candidates instead of backing Blake Masters and others was a big mistake,” Trump said Sunday. “Giving 4 Trillion Dollars to the Radical Left for the Green New Deal, not Infrastructure, was an even bigger mistake. He blew the Midterms, and everyone despises him and his otherwise lovely wife, Coco Chow.”
With Democrats maintaining Senate control, this keeps the path open for Biden to have his judicial and administrative appointments confirmed, even if the Republicans take the House majority.
Control of the US House still hangs in the balance and may not be determined for some time with ballots left to be counted in closely contested races in California, as well as other states.
On Saturday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said at a press conference, “The race is now called in Arizona and Nevada. Democrats will have a majority in the Senate and I will once again be Majority Leader. This election is a victory. A victory and a vindication for Democrats, our agenda for America, and for the American people, There are three things that helped the Senate secure the majority. One, our terrific candidates, two, our agenda and our accomplishments and three the American people rejected, the anti-democratic extremist MAGA Republicans.”

If he were being honest, he’d call her Dog Chow.
Responding to another post about how DeSantis is great at working with folks.
Me:
Those folks being like minded folks in Florida that share the same vision as he does.
Not the DNC, Schumer, Pelosi, Newsome, Cuomo, Evers, whither, Murphy, Deep State, MSM, the army of liberal lawyers paid by Soros to sue over waking up in the morning.
Yes, Pres Trump reached out to folks that no other republican ever did. That wa to talk to other voters. Those voters, sadly, mean nothing compared to Congress, the MSM, the UN, the EU, Walk St, multi nationals, globalists, UNIPARTY hacks. Pres Trump was obstructed by his own party.
I’m sorry...did you say something? I wasn’t listening.
Most EXCELLENT list of Pres Trump’s MANY accomplishments. Thank you for posting.
The poster you provided that wonderful list to probably couldn’t see it, for Bruce’s chin being in the way.
I think I saw the first two slams at Trump for being a “racist” over this Coco remark.
Raw Story and the Independent. Probably dozens in a long row behind them and TV women’s opinion panels will go nuts.
Ain’t it awful? 😁
She was a member of his own cabinet that caused no drama and he’s mocking her. He talks about Joe losing his mind, Trump’s got no filter left. It’s sad.
If he was, he has good taste!
I agree:
Well, that would eliminate Reagan and Trump.
That leaves Bushes and Fords…
Swell!
DNC trying asymmetrical warfare?
Lotsa relative n00bs pushing Biden’s agenda(s) in one form or another.
Sinking his campaign in advance.
"Lotsa relative n00bs pushing Biden’s agenda(s) in one form or another."
Nah - just thought it was deliberately rude to folks in the thread not to provide a link rather than sucking up all that page space.
I agree name calling is not for the 2024 Presidential election. He is going to have change his strategy. The RINOS will definitely use it against him.
Your negative energy comments are boorish!

You apparently don’t know the definition of “boorish”.
Trump has become fully toxic to the demographics any candidate needs to win a general election. He is therefore unelectable at the national level.
