Why would terrorist place a bomb on a street corner? If they were going to do anything it would have been placed in Erdogan’s palace. Perhaps this is a message from Vlad?

So who gains by terrorizing Turks on street corners, and/or tourists there to take in the sights of Istanbul? Jihadi nuts? He’s unfriendly to Israel.
