In the 1991 referendum to leave the USSR, the lowest percentage for leaving was in Crimea 54%. The majority in each of the occupied oblasts want to stay with Kyiv not the Kremlin

We will never know as there are NO cities inside Ukraine with a 90% ethnic Russian population.

We call it “ethnic cleansing”. The Ukies and Russians are just too intermingled, both there and here in my neck of the woods...upstate NY.
