I’m just asking by what power does this “trainer” threaten to drug a millionaire adult?
I saw this on TC last night. Utterly bizarre that a celebrity “personal trainer” is able to get his clients committed to psychiatric holds and threatens to do so again if they get out of line.
Perhaps this is just a case of an opportunistic svengali exercising inappropriate control over an eccentric, troubled entertainer, similar to the Brian Wilson-Eugene Landy situation of a few decades ago. But the conspiracy-minded might look at Pasternak’s background and wonder if something even more sinister is at play.
I saw this on Tucker’s show last night, too. Incredible. As Tucker said, why isn’t this a crime? This should be a big story...

Scary. Given Kanye’s recent comments, it is relevant to note that Harley Pasternak is Jewish. It took the public rants for Pasternak to cut ties with Kanye.

So there were minimal surprises if any, when the street drug epidemic hit America back then and is still raging out of control today.
The drug cartels were ready to go, when we emptied out the mental hospitals and sent the druggies and mentally ill people out on the streets of America.
Look at the addicts sleeping on the sidewalks, abandoned buildings and any park on the West or East Coast.
This "trainer" has some things to answer for, and if he would flip on the Kardashians, he might just get those demons to fly.

Step 1: The affidavit
- can be filed by any person or persons having reliable information or actual knowledge that the individual is a person with a mental illness and subject to hospitalization by court order
- must be filed with the court in the proper manner and form prescribed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health
or
Emergency Hospitalization
- Depending on the county it done by a law enforcement officer and/or a designated health officer
Step 2: Psychiatric Hospital Commitment
- court must first find that the highest civil evidentiary standard — clear and convincing evidence — has been met to show that the individual is a person with a mental illness subject to hospitalization by court order.
I remember reading that tweet from Kanye and couldn’t believe his personal trainer had the nerve to threaten him like that.
