Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) on Friday shrugged off a recent barb from former President Trump, who lashed out at him as speculation builds that Youngkin might run for the White House in 2024.
“Listen, you all know me. I do not call people names,” the governor told reporters. “I really work hard to bring people together … That’s not the way I roll and not the way I behave.”
Trump made fun of Youngkin’s last name in a post on Truth Social, suggesting that it sounds “Chinese,” while also claiming that the Virginia governor could not have won in his 2021 election without Trump’s backing.
“Young Kin (now that’s an interesting take. Sounds Chinese, doesn’t it?) in Virginia couldn’t have won without me,” the former president said. “I Endorsed him, did a very big Trump Rally for him telephonically, got MAGA to Vote for him – or he couldn’t have come close to winning.”

Larry Kudlow is fully devoted to The Donald, and served under him faithfully. Even Kudlow says Trump needs to put a lid on it and wait until after the Herschel Walker rematch. Send Walker money, stay home, enjoy Tiffany’s wedding, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and stop with the attacks until after the New Year.
Team Desantis, the Republican Lt. Gov of Virginia, GOP establishment and their media surrogates are in full propaganda mode attacking Trump.
DeSantis and Youngkin were behind those accusations? Good, Trump should fight them and give the Democrats a pass.

Maybe but Larry Kudlow was a very weak Trump supporter in 2015 and going for other candidates. We don’t need lectures from him. If Trump wants to announce, he should announce. He knows a lot more about politics than Larry.
People keep making this claim about “secret meetings” between DeSantis and Ryan and McCarthy, but the only place I see it mentioned is here. I can’t find anything to corroborate the claim, and I am very doubtful about its veracity. Sounds kind of like a manufactured excuse to justify the animus toward a possible opponent of Trump.
Trump has long since stopped pulling his own weight bringing in the electoral success and the last election just made than even more obvious. Thats the currency in this business. If you don’t bring in the bacon you don’t get to control the chess pieces. And he has been cut a lot more slack than most. Republicans aren’t in the business to be each others friends who stick it out to the bitter end. Especially if they’re tantrumming on social media like a schoolyard boy.
Thanks. We already know the RINOs want to jettison Trump, and who they talk about as possible replacements, but where is the proof DeSantis has participated in these alleged secret meetings you keep posting about?
Please provide specific examples of anyone on the DeSantis team attacking Trump. I have looked and cannot find it. Mostly it appears DeSantis is ignoring Trump.

That’s your proof? That supposedly Ryan is talking to businessmen about Youngkin or DeSantis and that means they must have had a secret meeting? Do you even have proof of Ryan talking to these CEOs about this, or is that another assumption on your part?
