During Lyndon Johnson’s run for Congress back in the 50s he told an aide to spread the rumor that his opponent had relations with his barnyard animals.

The aid asked “you don’t think people will actually believe he’s a pig ‘lover’ do you?” Johnson said “maybe not, but I want him to have to deny it”.

Suing would be the worst thing DeSantis could do. If he’s asked about the show, he should say he doesn’t know anything about it. Let sleeping pigs lie.

Looks like the 2024 election season has officially started, and the leftists know who poses an enormous threat to them.

"Unhinged" -- yes, definitely. This is beyond the pale. The inflammatory and slanderous rhetoric continues to ratchet up, year after year, to now we see this.

Yes, these claims were questioned and later shot down in the story, but no one needs to point out that this sort of thing would never, never be thrown against Barak Obama. Or Joe Biden, even though in real life he has been captured on video groping little girls throughout his political career.

But a Republican is fair game. The media field isn't just tilted any longer -- it's standing on end.
