Sure would be nice if some lawyers knew what “Bill of Attainder” and “Equal Protection under the Law” meant
Biden can no more forgive student debt than he can reward large breasted blondes from the public funds
But the votes have already been bought by the left....the ones worshiping Biden voted thinking he was going to give them money for their student debt.

The election is (mostly) over. It served its purpose.
The fact that this court shot it down means it concluded the plaintiffs had standing. If no standing, the court would never have rendered a decision on the merits.
Re: 23 - I feel confident writing that Joe Manchin is not going to vote yes on student loan forgiveness. Not after he got boned by Biden throwing coal under the bus.
This isn’t a bill of attainder case or an equal protection case. It’s a separation of powers case. Slow Joe does not have the power to do this.
This is a District Court, not a Circuit Court, decision.

Equal protection clause, in that those who voluntarily incurred debt, are given priority over everyone else; who get the bill for a debt they declined to take. That is not equal treasure
