Former President Donald Trump tore into defeated New Hampshire GOP candidate Don Bolduc — whom he had endorsed for the Senate — for walking back his claim that the 2020 election was stolen.
“Don Bolduc was a very nice guy, but he lost tonight when he disavowed, after his big primary win, his long-standing stance on Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Primary,” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday.
“Had he stayed strong and true, he would have won, easily,” added the former commander-in-chief, who endorsed Bolduc late last week. “Lesson Learned!!”
“General Don Bolduc has run a great campaign to be the U.S. Senator from the beautiful State of New Hampshire,” Trump wrote in the endorsement

The Howard Stern of Politics is at it again.
Trump is toxic and he is in part responsible for the mid term disaster.
if anyone deserves a ripping, wouldn’t it be Oz?? Bolduc would be a handful down the list.
He doesn’t care. Or worse doesn’t know.
Perhaps Bolduc ALSO was the victim of theft. Trump is doing to him what he claims others have done to him.
Turn the lights out, America is gone!
sorry Mr Trump.....buts its over...what you did in 2016 was amazing...you stopped Hillary Clinton....but, you took this “stolen election” thing too far. Thank you for your service sir...
What the hell did Bolduc do? The turtle defunded his campaign deliberately. He was cut off at the knees. It sounds like Trump is so spitting mad he is firing at any likely target, Attack the turtle and say he has to go, which he does. The turtle cost Bolduc the election because he knew he would vote the turtle as either majority or minority Senatec goper chair.
Yes, Oz ran to the middle.
Trump’s handpicked Pennsylvania nominee for a seat held by the GOP managed to lose to a Democrat who campaigns in basketball shorts and can’t form complete sentences. He needs to go away.
Trump’s self-immolation continues.
No, he wouldn't. Trump wants personal loyalty but doesn't handle the ups and downs of relationships very well. That might work in New York business, but not in national politics.
“Trump is toxic and he is in part responsible for the mid term disaster.”
That’s not going to be a popular opinion here, but I agree.
Trump has a bit of a point because many republicans stayed home if a candidate was not true conservative enough for them. I can’t answer how that would have changed the general election but for example I heard people today saying they know lots of republicans who did not vote in Pennsylvania.
In my mind a Republican who did not vote for the party in this election was just as bad as any other bad actor I can think of.
President Trump - shut up.
No, it was an 18-29 demographic that breaks +28 for Dems. Stop throwing around blame. The blame belongs to all Americans for not paying attention to the Communist filth peddled to our children for 20 years. This is not fixable. It’s no single person’s fault. But Trump will not be able to win the presidency given last night’s results, and I doubt any Republican will be able to again. If Biden runs in 2024, he’s likely to win. It sounds insane to say, but this country is now insane.
Trump needs to STFU. He is digging a hole for himself.
Yeah, tell this crap to Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger.
Donald, please just go take a few days off to reflect. You really need to think long and hard about your future.
That may be true in Pennsylvania. It wasn’t true in New Hampshire. Bolduc was about as conservative as the state could go.
