There is no excuse to halt counting. Pa started counting mail in ballots I believe at 7am…. There is no excuse they should not have them counted todau

Here’s my quick math. If we assume roughly the same turnout as 2020, and we assume that 70% of the mail ins go to Fetterman (which I think is high, but lets run the numbers), Oz would need to win about 56% of the non-mail ins to win. Check my math, and my assumptions, but that is the landscape as I see it. (They cast about 6.8 million votes in 2020 in Pennsylvania during the presidential election).
