There will likely be tens of thousands of undated and wrongly dated ballots rejected statewide under a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.
Lt. Gov. John Fetterman’s campaign for U.S. Senate has joined the legal fight over whether mail ballots with no date or the incorrect date should be counted in Tuesday’s election.
There will likely be tens of thousands of undated and wrongly dated ballots rejected statewide under a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.
.There will likely be tens of thousands of undated and wrongly dated ballots rejected statewide under that ruling. Because mail ballots are so disproportionately used by Democrats over Republicans, that will likely mean thousands, if not tens of thousands, of
net votes for Fetterman that are rejected.Fetterman is locked in a tight race with celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz, the Republican nominee, a contest that will help determine which party controls the Senate. And in a campaign that polls suggest is neck-and-neck, every vote counts.

That’s an interesting point. You’re probably right.
Will Fetterman take responsibility if those ballots are fraudulent?
So he is suing to ignore the law. This is already illegitimate.
It is interesting, but nor surprising that bad ballots always seem to favor DemocRats.
The law requires the undated or misdated ballots be set asie and not combined, but it is entirely possible that the Rats purposefully foul the count by ILLEGALLY mixing them in.
Not up to the Democrats to agree to losing. "Wait they are stealing, Biden says it will take a while, you can't certify" I bet Biden's greasy Zulu press person will mumble something "Well da president is still lukin ova the results, he is not satisificated" Think I am kidding? They are going to riot this week, the orders have already gone out. The Brownshirts in Blackface are all tuned up already.
Yes. But Fetterman thinks that if he really, really insists he’ll get some federal district judge to override that decision?
That’s another way of saying the Dems have control of the vote count.
