Well, this is not surprising. Fetterman doesn’t know what day it is, so why should his voters have to?
Isn’t it interesting how he is confident all the undated, unsigned, deficient or otherwise corrupted ballots will favor him?
The Ballot plainly states the envelope should be dated on the outside of the envelope. That is the law in Pennsylvania. If it is not so dated it is an invalid vote.

Well, it will be moot in a few hours, so the case will be dismissed. That’s what happened with voting lawsuits two years ago.
Didn’t the Supreme Court already rule on this? Against counting those ballots.
Maybe these mail-in ballots should be outlawed — it’s too difficult for people to read and understand simple directions. It would be easier for them to present the ID they all have and vote in person. There’s no legitimate issue getting people to the polls — transportation is always available.
Thats what I thought along with the PA Supreme Court as well.

I get that this is a sarcastic comment but here is what the dem machine in PA will do to ensure it is not moot: they will hold back the count until a court rules. So it won't be "Oz was declared the winner but we want to go back to count" it will be "we can't count until we know the answer". I might be guessing wrong but I wouldn't be surprised if they hold elections hostage until they get the favorable rulings they want.

ONCE those ballots are removed from the envelope-—There is NO way to know if the envelope was dated.
Many of his voters presumably don’t actually exist.
Conservative areas should refuse to report until all counting is done.
After all, most of Fetterman's voters are in a coma or flatlined long ago.
Wasn’t the US Supreme Court involved in some ruling in Penn that said that unsigned or undated ballots were not to be counted and the Penn AG said they were just going to ignore the USSC and do what they want?

In 2020 the SCOTUS ruled that the ballots delivered after election day cannot be counted. Last month PA SCOTUS ruled that the undated/misdated ballots could not be counted
