It’s not easy but we Putin Puppets know it best, as Putin will only pay us in Rubles (he says that Western currencies are based on thin air - no idea where he got that from) and so we have all these Rubles coming in, but no banks in the US (and Europe) willing to exchange them. So, typically, we’ll send a courier to a neutral country (not hard to find, as it’s 87% of the world) who will then do a double-exchange.
In the end, we don’t get very much, but that’s life.

Yes, very foolish of the Ukrainians and the Brits. Especially foolish because they didn’t manage to create any significant damage despite a well planned attack and a large force (16 drones, both air and sea.)
The deal that had been struck was supposed to include NATO removing sanctions on grain from the Russians, also; but of course they reneged on that and instead have Russian ships blocked in European ports. In addition only 5% of the grain was going to the poor countries that Russian made the deal for so Putin had been considering not renewing this deal anyway.
