The Florida Board of Medicine has voted to ban 'gender affirming care' for transgender teenagers in the state.

The move will block access to puberty blockers and hormone therapies to minors in order to treat gender dysphoria. Those receiving the drugs for other reasons will be exempt from this decision.

Board members said the decision was made based on the irreversibility of the drugs and the growing number of people choosing to 'de-transition'.

Well, Florida is off the “transitioning” vacation destination list. How will they ever survive?

I heard that the state of Alabama is being sued, by the Justice Department, over a similar law in that state.

It’s hard to believe, that somehow, there is a constitutional right to minors getting these transgender surgeries and treatments. But that is the opinion of those who currently run our federal government. And they are willing to use federal resources to join lawsuits to force states to perform these procedures.

The physicians and surgeons who are prescribing puberty blockers and doing mutilating surgery on minors must be held accountable in the most severe manner possible.

I don't recall the MSM using sneer quotes around the word "transition," or "transitioning," which words we have been having shoved in our face ad nauseam in recent years.

The end goal for some is decriminalized sex with minors.

First you have take a parents rights away.

Prescribing puberty blockers for gender dysphoric individuals is like prescribing diet pills for anorexics.

These doctors need their medical licenses pulled immediately.

I watched Drew Hernandez’s two-night interview with Chloe Cole this week. It was heartbreaking to hear what she has endured, just because her parents believed the doctors’ advice to mutilate her when she was 12. Now she is “de-transitioning” as much as is possible back to female.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is making tons of money with these surgeries. Effing sadists.

Under the new rules, teens in Florida who use puberty blocking drugs for their original intended use β€” from being intersex or having an early puberty β€” will still be able to access them.

As much as I love Trump, the fact that he’s not a conservative social activist* may cost him against DeSantis. That wasn’t always the case, but the Democrats are so far gone, that there’s a HUGE vacuum in the middle and DeSantis seems to see that and is trying to fill it.

*Trump prefers ‘live and let live’, while at the same time putting incredibly conservative judges on the courts (at least whenever he can find them)...so Trump gets a HUGE AMOUNT done socially (such as Roe v. Wade, this year), but he gets little credit for it.

I hope they sue. It would be a perfect place to showcase to the world what these sick basterds are doing to kids.

Yep. They keep giving body dysmorphic children rights, without parental permission. Leading to “reproductive” freedom.
