National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman Rick Scott (R-Fla.) gave Fox News host Sean Hannity a small silver trophy on Thursday night to celebrate him as a “Champion of Freedom” at a town hall style event in West Palm Beach.
Scott feted former President Trump in the same way at his Mar-a-Lago estate in April of last year because he said Trump “worked hard” on border security, the economy and holding China “accountable".
The Senate Republican campaign chairman heaped praise on Hannity while they shared the stage with Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R), who is running for re-election.

I’m very happy that Hannity has one supporter left — ‘cause most have moved on.
That includes me — a long time ago.
Trophy for being able to talk about oneself the longest before taking a breath.
To bad hannity and beck aren’t gay. They’d make a lovely pair.
Who does watch, or listen, to Hannity? I do not understand how he is still on the air.
I would have enjoyed this more had Sen. Scott said, “There’ll be a major award announcement involving you soon, Mr. Hannity. Be sure to tune in all next week. Tik-tok. Tik-tok.”
Hannity is just another enterprising pundit who has learned there’s big money in making conservative noises.

Trophy for a previous much respected blue collar HVAC repairman, turned college late-night radio DJ, turned mega national news infotainment mimbo with no demonstable or formal education(al) grasp on national or geopolitical affairs, turned Freedom Award winner.

Hannity is the very personification of the vapid, low IQ right-winger, full of platitudes and devoid of insights.

We used to have Fox & Freinds on in the shop until Warroom came on. Then we heard that Ainsley Earhardt was knocking boots with Max Headroom Hannity and we switched to MeTV.
