FANTASTIC NEWS THIS COVID SCAM IS OVER!!
We are a little light on details here. Who are the petitioners? Which people does this ruling actually effect?
For instance... Does this apply to health care workers throughout the state?
Employees of the City of New York adversely effected by Commissioner Choksi’s Covid vaccine mandate. I don’t know if the scope is limited to public employees from Richmond County... I would assume so...
What does this mean?
“That the petitioners claim for breach of contract is denied.”
So only for NYC? I would be ridiculous to say that others throughout the state are not entitled to the same relief.

I’m with you. I will vote for Zeldin but i’m not a big fan
It will be interesting to see if NY appeals this. The judge just gave the state a somewhat face saving way out of a horrible and wildly unpopular policy decision.
Yes!!!!!!
Exactly.
However…I tell those folks, who make such comments, that, no…China virus appears to be spread by the jabbed…as EVERYONE I know who’s had it, in the last year, were jabbed….some even triple jabbed. Pfizer has even admitted such.
Are we sure this isn’t Babylon Bee material??
Saints preserve us... I need the vapors!

I am sure it will involve a fixed stare and buggy eyes.
Apparently, some nearby and out of NY state hospitals and other health care providers and have cancelled their mandatory “vaccinate or leave policy!”.
This, also, apparently does not apply to the entire state of NY, yet.
Glad you posted that question. I was just about to post the same thing. Thank you.
and buck teeth
“I bet health systems finally had had enough, losing money because they can’t find enough employees to see enough people to generate enough cash.”
If a hospital loses out re no hip or knee transplants due to Covid, how much money have they lost or each zeroed/delayed hip or knee replacement.
If a hospital loses re no cardiac stents or by~passes being done, how much money have they lost?
If a patient’s cancer diagnosis was late due to Covid care delays, and the patient opts for Hospice versus long and expensive care at hospital cancer center. How much money has that hospital lost?
Correct. This is a county-level court. It is the court that handles divorces, etc. There are two court levels above it, and that is just NY alone.
