How would there be a conviction in the Senate when the Democrats control it?

The Democrats may not control the Senate in 2023. The difficulty is not just who controls the Senate but in getting the needed 67 Senate votes to convict someone who's been impeached in the House.

It's highly unlikely that we will see 67 Republican Senators seated in 2023. Even if by some miracle we have 67 Republican Senators in 2023, how many of them will be RINO, anti-Maga, uni-party, pro-dem? We know that Democrats vote in lock step - Republicans, not so much!

I don’t think most people will be allowed to go to the polls on the 8th.

Some event will occur that the regime will exploit to prohibit in-person voting.

I sure hope I am wrong....

The period from now to the 8th will be the most dangerous in US history IMO.

It is coming. When is the only question remaining to be answered. But the worshipers of George Soros and Joe Biden will get us there as sure as Monday follows Sunday. Just be patient. It will come.

Millions of people hold Congress in contempt. What do the Democrats plan to do about them?

Because they’re all lawyers.

“Merrick Garland will end up being the first Attorney General that’s brought up on charges and impeachment and he will be removed from office.”

Impeachment does not remove anyone from office. It merely sets up a trial in the Senate on the impeachment charges. A 2/3 majority vote (67 Senators) is required to convict and remove from office. The best landslide estimate I’ve seen for Republicans in a wave 2022 election is 56, or 11 votes short of the number required for conviction. Romney, Murkowski (if reelected), and Snow minimally are unlikely to vote for conviction of any democrat so put the GOP vote for Garland’s conviction at 53. It is highly unlikely 14 Democrats will vote to convict a Democrat Attorney General. Garland’s job as AG seems safe from conviction in the Senate for at least the next 2 years if he wants to continue.

Doesn’t matter. You still have to do it, use their own tactics against them. That’s the only way they will learn. The problem is Republicans aren’t as committed to freedom as the Democrats are to tyranny. So we get statements like “it’s highly unlikely” so “I don’t see us impeaching Biden” or anyone else for that matter. Have you ever heard a Democrat talk that way? They are plodding from day one. The Republicans often surrender before they even get started. So let’s not surrender before the first day of majority control.

It is highly unlikely 14 Democrats will vote to convict a Democrat Attorney General.

Actually, there is zero chance that a House democrat will impeach or a Senate democrat convict - a fellow democrat. Republicans lack that type of party discipline - IMHO.

"The more the good guys cheer the Nov. 8th takeover, the more the voter fraud is quietly ramped up. I think I’d be more quiet about it - it’s being taken as a challenge."

Yes. We need to focus on the real issues and get the vote out.
