Perhaps a sign of a new border.
Let’s see if it can be respected
what’s with Putin’s speech announcing military rule in the occupied areas?
sounded like the classic, vague “Do better!” rantings of a frustrated losing coach
Telegram Resident ⚡️⚡️⚡️#Insider MI-6 transmitted intelligence to the Office of the President and the General Staff that the Kremlin decided to create a fortress city from Kherson, following the example of Bakhmut. All residents will be evacuated and artillery will be brought in. 2.1Mviews 08:30

LOL Sound’s like Hitler’s “fortress cities” scheme. Locking up a lot of Russian troops in Kherson will make the Ukrainians’ job easier. They can simply be starved out.
More tabloid level reporting from the British press.

Russians are bugging out of Kherson and looting everything Katrina style that isn’t nailed down. The thieving bandits are even “denazifying” the local fire trucks and stealing them.
We may not have many true facts about this conflict. But we do know winter is coming.
a web search says that the dnipro will freeze over on about january 3, and stay frozen until march. (unless anthroprogenic climate change, presumably.)
Every minute that the Ukrainian army is out from behind its defenses and under the Russian artillery is another minute for Clausewitz to be correct.
