American families have lost $6,000 in annual wages thanks to President Joe Biden’s soaring inflation, a Heritage Foundation study revealed over the weekend.
The loss in wages represents a $1,800 increase from September, when American families had lost $4,200 in annual wages under Biden.
“People are just absolutely being crushed,” Heritage fellow E.J. Antoni told Fox Business. “It’s not the price of caviar and yachts that are driving these numbers. It’s necessities, it’s staples. It’s things like eggs, milk, flour, soup. These are things that are up 20 or 30 percent year-over-year.”

Let’s Go Brandon! FJB.
It still amazes me how his supporters are ok with this, happy to be paying the highest gas prices ever. Maybe they’re happy now that everyone is miserable? I don’t know...
Hey, that’s a “White Power” sign.
“They use to tell me,
I was building a dream,
And so I followed the mob,
When there was earth to plow or guns to bear,
I was always there,
Right on the job...”
All by design.
Government is dull people with bad intentions.
Joe: See it was only $4200, and now it’s up to $6000!
That number is much hire if retirement savings are counted.
...plus he’s looking through it. The evil eye of the Illuminati.
The government says 8.2%. Who ya gonna believe?
As for me, I totally trust our government. They are honest people without any axe to grind and just want what's best for us. Especially the nice grandpa guy who wears old-fashioned aviator sunglasses, likes little girls, and dresses his wife in shower curtains.
It’s infuriating the way Biden’s handlers are constantly having him eat ice cream cones in front of us like a 12-year-old child and telling us that the economy is “hunky-dory” while he searches for another young girl to use his pedophile pickup lines on. It’s like they know their base will vote for them no matter what and so they are rubbing it in our faces.
We are on a fixed income, though Beau does some side hustles to cover his hunting obsessions. ;)
So far this year our propane fill-up DOUBLED in price. Same amount of fuel for $1,600.00 instead of the $800 it cost us just last year!
In January, I went on a tear and got our grocery/household/pet supplies (1 inside dog, 2 cats) spending down to $400/month.
Now? With keeping the changes I made in place, that too, has DOUBLED to $800/month for the exact. same. stuff! November is going to be a, ‘eat as cheaply as possible and clear out the freezers’ challenge month.
We’ve both lost $$$ in our IRAs. My PMs SUCK right now. I have NEVER seen an economic time when my investments weren’t balancing one another out. Diversification had previously been very good to my Bottom Line. :(
Luckily, we have little debt (just some cropland we’re about a year out from paying off) and our house and 48 acres are paid for, free and clear. Rent from the cropland pays our taxes on the whole farm. We have no car payments, but I DID buy a new truck with CASH this year because it was a private sale and the deal of the century. And, we needed a truck. And it’s NOT a hybrid or electric POC.
We’ll muddle through; I really feel for young families right now. It must be really unnerving to the younger set that have never had anything but relatively Good Economic Times in their lifetimes so far.
So, yeah. We’ve easily lost $5K, if not more so far under Brandon. FJB!
I remember a meme from the Obama years when a news anchor was talking quite approvingly about “The New Frugality”.
Ouch.. in mn our co-op went from 1.799 to 2.099 on prebuy..
Wonder why it went up so much more in your state.
Yep. Ours was a pre-book/buy, too! We’ve always bought a year ahead for each heating season.
