So the trucks were coming from Russia.

• Ukraine special forces must be really good to pull off a shipment of goods from Russia across the bridge. If they can do this, they could send trucks into Moscow or anywhere in Russia.
• It's possible it was a Russian military shipment of munitions that just exploded. It happens.
• It's also possible that factions within Russia arranged this for their own political purposes.
• And it's been suggested that Russia did this to themselves so they could launch this shock and awe campaign against civilian targets.
• Why? to make Putin look strong in the face of rising criticism.
• In any event Russia isn't wasting a crisis. They are also trying to make the new military commander look strong, by targeting civilians.
