Sure, he wears a hoodie.! Whenever you see someone wailing the crap out of another poor soul, the bad guy is almost always wearing a hoodie... That hoodie is not just their manner of dress, it's their lifestyle...
It seems to me that there are better ways to say “we are going to shut you down,” if it comes to that, if the business in question is causing some sort of nuisance that is costing the taxpayers money and the neighbors their peace, quiet, and sleep. There clearly are better ways to accomplish this task.
I don’t think this man would make a good senator, and just imagine him trying to deal with foreign policy issues!
