Fetterman is not tough. He's a big fat guy with a receding hairline and an ugly lump on his neck. He has skinny girl legs and no muscle tone. He looks like a potato with two toothpicks for legs.
Fetterman is the same as Talcum X. He puts on his costume every day pretending to be what he is not. The tattoos are part of the shtick. He uses the tattoos as part of the "tough guy" costume. The goatee is part of the costume. The bald head is to conceal his receding hairline. He probably wears contact lenses. The ever present hoodie is to cover up his layers of fat. Without the hoodie and costume, Fetterman would look something like Jerry Nadler.
