Former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik told Newsmax on Saturday that he wouldn't be surprised if former President Donald Trump were arrested in the days before the November election.
"I would have said [I didn't believe it could happen] until the morning I heard that the FBI had raided the former president's residence," Kerik said on Newsmax's "The Count."
"This Department of Justice, this FBI, you know what? No one knows because it's been weaponized. It's politically corrupt."
And now, Kerik says it would not surprise him if Trump is arrested five or six days before Election Day, which falls on Nov. 8.

"There are things going on that no one on both sides of the aisle, Democrat and Republican, nobody has ever seen before, so I don't think anybody really knows the answer," said Kerik.
Meanwhile, the DOJ is opposed to the special master process being used to examine the documents that were seized from Trump's home, and Kerik said he wants to know what the government is looking for or what it wants to hide.
"They're supposed to be transparent," he said. "If they were transparent, they would not be opposing any of this. They would move forward the way they're supposed to in accordance with the law and get the review done, but they're throwing a monkey wrench every step of the way going forward."
Kerik also spoke out about the rising number of violent crimes in New York City, including the stabbing death of a 9/11 first responder in Queens this week and the beating of a woman in a random attack in a subway.
"Eric Adams worked for me," Kerik said about the mayor, a former NYPD officer.

I wouldn’t bet a nickel against DJT being arrested...or indicted...by some Rat Party hack (Georgia,DC,Manhattan or perhaps even Albany) at some point between now and late October 2024. And it certainly could be in the next 2-3 weeks.
They’ve been quiet. Had to be. Major items in the news made it necessary: Death of Queen, hurricane.
Now they’re over. I fully expect the communists to make a major announcement before the first week of November.
Arrested on what charge? For what specific federal or state criminal statute would he be arrested? Opposing democrats?
That step would be categorized in the “bitten off more than they can chew” arena.

Then they’ll apologize that they were so “sloppy, sloppy, sloppy”. They know they can get away with it because the people living in this chicken coop these days are all ignorant and stupid. There are something like 100,000 federal laws and regulations that carry a criminal penalty. We’ve all probably (accidentally) broken a few. So as the old saying goes, if the Feds want ya, they’ve got ya.
He could end up like the Jan 6th protesters in permanent incarceration. Why not?
Have no fear — we are the land of the free. If we intone that slogan often enough we may just become one.
And when they do, I hope they do it before the midterms. They will assure that Trump will be elected and the House and Senate will change control.

I would actually be SHOCKED if they DON’T arrest him within days of the election. Doesn’t take evidence or actual crimes committed - its all for show to manipulate the election...
Threatening to over throw the current administration by thinking about running for president in 2024 and for supporting non-Democrapt party candidates for the house and senate in the 2022 elections.
