This is in fact projection of the Russian situation. Since Russkies kept Soviet style tactics, but destroyed Soviet style military infrastructure, and kept Soviet style mass corruption and incompetence, mobilization is doomed to fail and will only collapse what's left of their logistics ability. They can't properly supply the people they HAVE, and thus can't supply the fodder they're sending. We see this already with conscripts given zero training, complaining they can't operate the equipment they have been given, and being left out in open fields without anyone commanding them or telling them what to do.

Both Kharkiv and Kherson fronts are facing disaster after disaster, with the Russkies just fleeing from one town to another after losing hundreds of people pointlessly.

If anyone gets a chance to catch Tucker’s program today long feature on how dangerous it is right now because the United States is escalating into a possible nuclear war.

Ukraine sources feel that they have until the end of October to make gains (both based on weather and on timeline for Russian mobilization forces to begin to arrive.)

Israel reported yesterday (they track Russian military base movement) that Russia has just now positioned 7 strategic bombers on a military base they will target Ukraine with in the upcoming winter offensive.

The interesting thing about these small land gains is that though they are understandably useful for temporary Ukraine propaganda the price Ukraine is paying in men and equipment is massive. Over 2,000 Ukrainian casualties in just the last 3 days.
