Well, it all depends what you mean by racist.
If by that you mean the acceptance of the obvious fact that races on AVERAGE are different in various traits, such as appearance, DNA, IQ, physicality, criminality, etc., then not only is it OK, but it’s sanity. It’s the acceptance of reality.
It also suggests a solution to the race problem. Racial separation. This dysfunctional marriage never worked, doesn’t work and will never work. The time for a divorce is way past due. It’ll be better for all concerned.

treated employees fairly, it’s a real shame for some people

I’d like to use Omarosa as an example of how he tried to
treat someone of color very decently, when she didn’t
deserve it.
She was a nightmare on the Apprentice. None the less he
tried to hire her on to be a liaison to the Black
community. He talked her up to help her do her job.
She turned rather problematic and he had to let her go.
And then she filed a suit against him.
He bent over backwards to be good to her, and this is
the thanks he got.
