FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said the warrants were lawfully executed “based on allegations of widespread criminal wrongdoing.” Presumption of innocence?
Innocent until proven guilty?
You must be joking!

Color me shocked to learn the FIB lied to a judge and stole people’s property despite having absolutely no evidence they had committed a crime.

Does this admission of wrongdoing mean the seizures were unlawful and people get their property back?

And the scumbag lawyer with the black dress and little hammer still refuses to JAIL THEM FOR CONTEMPT.
Why do you think that is?

“The FBI’s justification for the dragnet forfeiture was its presumption that hundreds of unknown box holders were all storing assets somehow tied to unknown crimes, court records show. “
So they just said that unknown people were storing assets somehow tied to unknown crimes and the judge signed the search warrant?

How could that search/seizure have been legal? There was no warrant specifying what the FBI was looking for!

Apparently a number of Hollywood celebrities had millions of dollars in cash and jewelry, etc taken in this raid and they cant get it back.

I’ve been reading about this illegal raid and seizure for several months now. The FBI thinks they are a law unto themselves and do not have to follow the Constitution.

I seriously wonder how many FBI agents never served an unconstitutional general (nonspecific) warrant or lied to obtain a warrant.
Our forefathers fought a revolution and one of the reasons was a tyrannical government executing general warrants or forcibly confiscated people’s papers without any warrant. Ultimately, warrant or not, it’s the same thing.
The FBI’s abuses deserve extra harsh treatment, including every agent being investigated for civil rights abuses. At a minimum, the FBI needs to be shuttered, with any constitutionally federal functions sent else where in government. Every past and current FBI employee needs to be barred from working in government ever again.
The FBI has zero credibility.
