And US immigration laws are intended to be enforced in a Constitutional manner. The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, no legislated laws can change what it says, even immigration laws.

Problem right now is the immigration laws are not being enforced hardly at all. I'm only telling you the legal basis, not my personal opinion, so no need for personal attacks just because you don't like what the legal basis is. If you want to exempt illegals from 14th Amendment protections, have at it and start a drive for a Constitutional Convention.

To me, this is being done to try and get DeSantis and Abbott to stop making the left look bad, and especially to stop exposing the agenda of the left, which is to fill “Red” states with illegals who will be given amnesty, eventually, and will faithfully vote for dems.

Of course, they will not wait to use those live bodies as fraudulent votes as soon as possible, so amnesty is simply a “bonus”.
