Countersue for invasion of a sovereign nation, fraudulent misrepresentation of the reason for the invasion, welfare fraud, despoiling of the environment of the Rio Grande river habitat, theft of services in consenting to the flight, breaking Covid regulations for international travelers, fraudulent claiming rights of citizens, etc, etc.
(Yes, I know these people are being manipulated but they signed on as plaintiffs, so it is fair to countersue.)
Wrong. Anybody on U.S. soil has protection. That's why there is a "wet feet" - "dry feet" policy for Cubans coming into Florida. If they don't land, they go back. If they land, they get protections.
DeSantis has grounds for a lawsuit. Illegal aliens have zero claims in a lawsuit for actions as a consequence of them breaking the law.
Send more illegal aliens to Martha's Vineyard and then add Aspen, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Portland OR, Seattle, etc.

They are not citizens, therefore not protected by the Bill of Rights.

If they were here “legally” like Harvey the Breakfast Taco sheriff says, why were the Vineyardians allowed to kick them off the island? According to Harvey, they were legal enough to go to Martha’s Vineyard. They had Constitutional Rights to go to Martha’s Vineyard. The Vineyardians were the idiots violating the constitutional rights of these miggies. Desantis needs to sue the hell out of those shyster lawyers for harassment.

I believe the people flown to MV were from a group of Venezuelan asylum seekers who had turned themselves into authorities and thereby were not ‘illegal aliens’.
They’re registered asylum seekers. That’s not illegal, and under our laws these people do have rights.
Deport them. Case closed.

So when we go to Venezuela, Pakistan, Iran, Russia, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan and Somalia, Americans are accorded full protections and rights, too. Or maybe not.
