I don't think so. I think the virus lab leak was opportunistically used to steal the election.

So it was a win win to take command of the Virus as an emergency and use that to steal the election for the globalists.

That was how it worked in America but the release of covid 19 was done for a far larger reason because it was world wide. The timing itself was to mess with the US election.
