The number of new HIV diagnoses in San Francisco rose in 2021 for the first time in nearly a decade, although this could be due to changes in testing in the wake of COVID-19, according to the latest HIV Epidemiology Annual Report from the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH). And for the first time ever, gay and bisexual men who don’t inject drugs accounted for less than half of new cases. HIV care indicators have generally improved or remained stable, but disparities persist, especially for people experiencing homelessness.
No. We know why. You know too.
I read a little of the report and though it is thoroughly disgusting in the subject matter addressed, it was also eye opening. Homos are NOT becoming more responsible and "domesticated" as they said "marriage" would make them.

It started with homosexuality and spread via homosexuality. There were an estimated 400,000 infections existing at the time HIV was identified.
It wasn’t coincidence it spread like wildfire in those “tolerant” big city “gay communities”
You couldn’t be more wrong. Everything with this infection stems from reckless anal sex. It is the common, central theme.
- Men contract HIV from other men sexually.
- Women contract HIV from men who contract it from other men sexually. Men rarely contract it from women through vaginal sex. It’s a one-way vector.
- Drug users contract it in a culture saturated with sex, either men with men, or women with men who have sex with men. Regardless, the “gay” culture is awash in drug use, so it’s not surprising that it is the foundation of an outbreak in drug culture.
Again, if homosexual behavior could be curtailed significantly, or abolished ideally, HIV would be starved out of all other avenues of transmission. I’m willing to say it would be gone, except for some small, insignificant residual pockets, within 3 years.

If you know anything about the dominant voices in the gay community you’d know there’s considerable resistance to actual dating, pair bonding and monogamy. One of the tenants gays are pressured to accept by its self appointed leaders, the press and influencers is casual sex (and open relationships) because monogamy is declared heteronormative oppression and self hate. In fact I’d say efforts, lead by Democrats, to decriminalize knowingly infecting someone with HIV in the name of “POZ” inclusion makes HIV status responsibility a lower priority than asserting freedom and personal liberty through promiscuity. There’s also very much a culture of “prep” giving license to be risky as well as feeling futility in finding lasting happiness.
The “tolerant” “loving” “accepting” “diverse” gay community is hyper judgmental, cliquey and cancel culture is the rule not the exception. Independence and individualism is frowned upon, you’re expected to conform to your sub group not unlike Democrat’s Balkanizing politics. Plantation mentality, such as Joe feeling license and confidence to racially declare, “you’re not black” (if you have policy questions or might vote Republican)
Members of the community want to belong. If they don’t feel widely accepted by the majority they are vulnerable to influence. They want to be and act like people who are like them. Where do you think gang violence grows from? Often fatherless young men are trying to prove themselves and be accepted and respected.
Gays are at risk by their nature as a minority. Individuals don’t want to be alone and the gay community generally doesn’t value pair bonding as an overreaction to past oppression. They’ll quietly have sex with whoever to salve their anxiety and isolation but won’t go to dinner for fear of being judged. It’s ridiculous and irrational. It’s self hatred and a plantation mentality disguised as freedom.
It’s probably why there’s high incidence of risk factors like promiscuity, drug or alcohol abuse. The boundaries are strong. Trust has been twisted from exclusive fidelity to turning a blind eye so you’re not siding with heteronormative oppression or being judgmental about sexual activity. They’ll be judgmental about appearance, family relationships, faith, etc. It’s very weird but the patterns are clear. Civil marriage is an opportunity for the community to grow, mature in time and feel less anxiety that lead to bad choices. It’ll take a generational shift and redefinition of what it means to be gay. Social media and political power structure, coupled with perpetuated victim hood will undermine this maturity and progress.
Comments like yours, resistance and hostility to gay marriage (inside and outside the community) is also a driving factor that helps people perpetuate unhealthy cultural norms in the gay community. Anytime people oppress or convince a community of its victimization you’re going to get exploitation and people acting out. We’ve see it historically in immigrant ghettos and urban decay. People who feel controlled, isolated or oppressed don’t know how to act. They want to belong and be accepted even if it means choices bad for their health like joining gangs or risking HIV.
This is why Trump’s America First and MAGA message was so important. We were all Americans with opportunity to advance and the freedom to shape our lives in to whatever we wanted. As hyphenated Americans we automatically put limits on what we can achieve, who we can be. Trump remains an existential threat to the sectarian political culture. The professional political class and their media and entertainment allies depend upon people staying in their lanes and on their mental plantations (it’s why they support legal weed). Trump wanted to solve problems, make strides forward and politicians depend on perpetuating problems. Trump believed in the fundamental right of every American to strive for their American Dream. Everyone could win. In fact he engaged North Korea in much the same way by evangelizing western capitalism and showing how North Korea could benefit, even become a resort destination. He used that strategy in the Abraham Accords by focusing on business not hot button politics.
Trump was not part of the Ivy League elite or a Republican president he tried to the Americans’ president, a fierce defender of America, her virtues and values. MAGA and America First was and is for everyone. It never had anything to do with “white supremacy” but that’s been the opposition’s narrative all along.
