President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, is calling for Europeans to be cut off from electricity in order to “flatten the curve,” in a call-back to the propaganda used to destroy and demoralize populations during the COVID pandemic.
“We see there’s a global scarcity of energy. So whatever we do, one thing is for sure, we have to save electricity, but we have to save it in a smart way,” she said.
“So what we have to do is flatten the curve and avoid the peak demands,” Leyen added. “We will propose a mandatory target for reducing electricity use at peak hours. And we will work very closely with the member states to achieve this.”
EU’s central planning in order to ration energy after their policies have failed abysmally and are hurting millions of Europeans:
“Earlier this week, Hungary rejected the EU’s move to reduce gas consumption in light of Russia’s decision to significantly cut gas exports to EU members.
“This is an unjustifiable, useless, unenforceable, and harmful proposal,” Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on July 26, 2022.

WEF scum
Do it! Do it!
So, Ursie, Darling....you know when you return their power all their systems are going to be going non-stop....like freezers, fridges, water heaters...
She’s under pressure to say ‘something’ even if it sounds mostly BS.
Peak hour chatter means generally 6 AM to 9 AM, and 5 PM to 9 PM. No one is charging E-cars in the morning hours, and I see little that can be done in the mornings. So this chatter is mostly for those four evening hours...when people run washing machines, dryers, etc. You can also figure in pubs, restaurants for those hours as well.
“peak hours”
The EU has a fuel supply problem, not a generator capacity problem.
What the EU should do (after completely turning her power off) is to vaporize or fuel inject say gasoline in lieu of natural gas at commercial power plants.
“washing machines”
I had to get a new washer, an LG front loader.
It is a great machine; it uses multiple cycles of modest amounts of water.
It then spins the clothes really dry so the dryer doesn’t use nearly as much electricity.
“water heaters”
Israel makes broad use of solar water heaters.
Italy, Spain and Greece (and the American southwest and Florida) could use solar water heaters too.
Front loading washing machines suck.

Don’t think so. It does link to this: https://twitter.com/disclosetv/status/1567462388898594816
I heard Switzerland is making temperatures above 19C at homes into felony and offers bounties on the homeowners who heat to above this figure.
Europe energy crisis is self inflicted by those idiots trying to fight the “climate crisis”.
They are obviously blaming it on Putin, but they got themselves into it by outsourcing energy to Russia.
People are scared of winter, businesses are closing (apparently breweries and bakeries are using a lot of energy!).
The implemented solutions are making things even worse.
Giving people free money to pay for energy, implementing maximum prices etc., just increases the price more and/or reduces the supply.
The economy is simple - there is not enough energy there.
To balance supply/demand the prices have to go up or massive shortages will develop.
The only way out of this conundrum is to make more energy!
But German chancellor is against it, so this will not happen!
Cut Greta off first! Gets pretty cold up there in Stockholm, eh?
How dare you?
