President Joe Biden left the White House suddenly on Tuesday evening, telling reporters he was planning to vote.
Delaware is holding a primary on Tuesday. The polls close at 8:00 p.m.

I think his frequent trips to Delaware are related to.hidi g and possibly treating his dementia. Being in calm familiar surroundings and likely a cocktail of drugs is needed to get him back from the deep end.

He probably worried if he didn’t vote in person his mail in ballot would have been stolen and counted for the Democrat.
