I’ve Been “Condemned” by the (South Carolina) SCGOP. Why Does it Matter to You?

In 2021, at the urging of President Trump, I ran to become a precinct committeewoman in the local GOP. After I won that election, I decided to step up to make more of a difference at the state level. I ran for State Executive Committeewoman and was also blessed to win that election. After almost two years of witnessing some of the dirtiest, backhanded, disgusting political tactics you can imagine, on Monday, I resigned.

So did the rest of my county executive board. This is our story, and it’s a story all of you need to know and understand because the reality is that the GOP, even at the local level, is out to get you. Literally.

Every two years, the GOP “reorganizes.” The system is beautiful, and it is designed to place power at the bottom of the pyramid rather than the top. The precinct is the most powerful position, as they pitch it, and the people above you are only there to do the bidding of the Republican voter. The State Committeeperson represents the county they live in at the state level and attends meetings of the state committee to do the will of their “constituency” or the precinct leaders back at home in their county.

As with most of our institutions, in many states, this isn’t how it works. Power ultimately gets concentrated at the top of the pyramid, and the brave souls who dare step up to make things right are slandered, maligned, backstabbed, and attacked.

That is what happened to us. Here is a brief timeline of events culminating in a resolution at the state meeting held on Saturday. It was passed, and it targeted me by name. It “condemned” my county chairman and I, along with the Executive Committee of two

For the most part, imho, South Carolina GOP politics is an open sewer. SCGOP Chairman Drew McKissick is a Commucrat stooge who stabs MAGA Republicans in the back at every oppportunity.

Miss Lindsey is South Carolina's version of New York's Chuck Schumer. Tim Scott is just a "low profile" version of Miss Lindsey with a slightly better voting record, who obviously has higher aspirations politically. Nancy Mace is a disgrace.

Govenor Henry McMaster and Attorney General Alan Wilson are do nothing RINO's who work hand in hand with McKissick. Wilson has done his best to prevent review of the 2020 election results in SC.

The best thing I can say about Miss Lindsey and Tim Scott is that they have never been accused of sexual harrassment (at least not of women), probably helps that they don't date much.

Thanks for posting this article.

It provides good insight on the battle between the establishment wing of the Republican party and the upstart MAGA movement.

People who support the establishment RINOs over more conservative candidates are helping the Democrats. RINOS are not benign. They are malignant.

There’s a reason why legislatures, state and federal, are overwhelmingly comprised of “moderates” and RINOs. They do everything they can to elect more moderates and RINOs while working with the Democrats to destroy conservatives. It’s insidious.

Dude..
I respect you for your fortitude...
However, the big bucks are going to come after you... Regardless...
This battle is going to take people able to live with the pain these people are going to throw at you..
As much as respect you, they just threw too much...
For lack of a better way to put it, we need people who don’t care about what is said about them...

The reason I believe that RINO’s are more indidiously dangerous than they appear on the surface, is not only do they undercut conservative endeavors when they aren’t openly voting against them, their endorsement of those non-conservative endeavors give them a imprimateur of “bipartisanship” which is viciously leveraged by the Left who peddles it to their advantage to the uninformed, of which there are many.

Sto voting for the lesser of two evils. Starve them of dollars and they will sto running rinos. Show the world who they really are.

Everything she said about Greenville County is correct. To have drew mckissick label people as the leper colony when that was a minimum of 60% of the voters in the GOP in the Greenville county, should have been the worst political comment he could have made in his life. The problem is, the remaining 40% of GOP voters are the landed gentry. These are the people with the big money and they’re the ones who wear the nice jewelry and drive the fancy cars. The more libertarian and constitutionalist you are, the less you’re able to be controlled by party politics. Up here in the up country, constitutionalism is at war with elitism and the gope in Greenville County in South Carolina has truly corrupted itself and it is its own boys club.

...."For lack of a better way to put it, we need people who don’t care about what is said about them..."....

Everyone needs to learn this principle about general life and citizenship. I've always voted for conservatives no matter if they had a chance of winning or not. The only way to have a clear conscience is to follow through with what you believe, even if you might even be mistaken. They use "polls" to influence weaker voters to stay home or vote for the wrong person. If someone makes you look like you are on an unpopular side, weigh what you have decided and stick to your guns no matter what. This is how the enemy molds you into what they want. If abortion polls 56% for abortion, how does changing your vote save children? If Sodomy is in high favor, how does going along to get along save your children?

What is eventually going to happen is you will end up voting against Christians freedom so you won't look like a fanatic. Jesus told us that we will be persecuted because He was persecuted. We need principled people in charge of the party that we want to win. Compromise just gets you beaten in the long run.

As an example, where were we when prayer was taken out of school? What did we do when abortion was approved? What will we do when Christians start to go to jail? Mandating an untested vaccine? Locking people up for trespassing for over a year?

Most people are just sheep and allow Democrats to get away with demonic things without saying a peep. 30 years ago, we started homeschooling our daughter and never looked back even though back then, they wanted to take her away from us for truancy.

i cannot fathom resigning in the face of the corruption you are trying to overcome. That behavior from these people would galvanize me to continue fighting the good fight.

Disgusting. This needs to go viral. I hope she is able to tell her story everywhere.

People should know about this in all the states, in case they end up having to deal with something similar.

And I would suspect that there are large sums of money involved, somehow, on the part of those using these tactics to keep their power? Needs investigating.

There must be a reason why they are so desperate to hang on to their power?

🤔

The GOP Establishment does not care about what Republican voters want. They care about what the “donor class” demands. And the donor class is to a large extent globalist and in favor of replacing the US middle and working class with Third World immigrants.

“i cannot fathom resigning in the face of the corruption you are trying to overcome.”

The state party just passed a rule giving themselves the power to dissolve the county organizations they don’t like. So this was basically a case of “You can’t fire me, I quit”.

I didn’t notice Trump conceding the election. Why concede in the face of corruption. MAKE them fire you. MAKE them look bad. When they fire you hold a press conference and point out that you were elected to your position and never once gave up what you were elected to do.

nah.. just give up. Its not like losers do such things.
