KHARKIV, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Power blackouts and cuts in water supply hit several areas of Ukraine's northeastern region of Kharkiv on Sunday as Russian attacks hit infrastructure sites, the region's governor said.
"The (Russian) occupiers have struck critical infrastructure in the city and region of Kharkiv," Olegh Synehubov wrote on Telegram.
"In several population centres, there are no electrical or water supplies. Fires have broken out where these strikes occurred and emergency crews ... are containing the blazes."

There’s really not much Russia can nuke in Ukraine other than population centers. Kyiv? Dnipro? Lviv? Nuking Ukraine will just make Putin and Russia radioactive. Energy embargo, etc. Russia will swifty collapse and it will be the end of his regime.

Russian soldiers expelled from the northeast of Ukraine. Ukrainian soldiers filmed at the Russian border.
Rapid Ukrainian advances in the southeast. Russians abandoning positions near Mariupol and Kherson. Ukrainian soldiers filmed inside captured whole warehouses filled to the top with ammunition. Continuing to capture abandoned Russian armored vehicles.
Russians mostly without leadership as the command fled early.
Russians cut off in most of Kherson with all bridges down; disastrous in military planning.
